A Caldwell kitchen, four tines at a time

We are a home-style Southern restaurant. Every day the kitchen puts out a different lunch buffet from eleven to two — meats, vegetables, the fixings, a salad bar and dessert — and at dinner we cook hand-cut steaks, chicken fried steak, fried fish and shrimp, burgers, plate lunches and a dessert case that people plan their drive around. Beer and wine are available in the dining room, and kids eat here too, because most of our tables are families.

BB Catering serves the same food off-site: weddings and rehearsals, corporate and crew lunches, church homecomings, fundraisers and family reunions, twenty guests or four hundred. We deliver across Burleson County and the counties around it — Somerville, Snook, College Station, Brenham, Giddings, Rockdale, Cameron and beyond.

This website is for our neighbors and for anyone passing through on Highway 21: a plain place to see the menu and prices, check the hours, get directions, ask a question without calling, and send a catering request that reaches the kitchen directly instead of an inbox nobody reads.
